We offer a range of tests specifically developed for young learners of English.

Cambridge English Young Learners Tests (YLE)

For children aged 7 to 12, Cambridge Young Learners Tests (YLE) provide three levels of English language assessment. The YLE tests are designed to make learning English fun!

The YLE tests give a consistent measure of how well 7 to 12 year old children are developing their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English. Tests are designed to be enjoyable for children and to encourage them by giving them a rewarding objective and recording their progress. There are three levels and three certificates that children can work towards and obtain: Starters, Movers and Flyers.

These tests make learning a new language enjoyable and give children a great foundation in English that will provide opportunities as they grow older.

Cambridge English Exams for school children: KET, PET and FCE

Cambridge English has developed versions of their general English language exams specifically designed for school children (12 to 18 years old). KET for Schools, PET for Schools, and FCE for Schools exams follow exactly the same format as traditional KET, PET and FCE exams, and the level of the question papers for each exam is identical. The only difference between two versions is that the content and treatment of topics in the ‘for Schools’ exams (KET for Schools, PET for Schools and FCE for Schools) have been particularly targeted at the interests and experience of school pupils.
