British Council France exams office will be closed for the Christmas period from Saturday 23 December 2023 and will re-open on Thursday 4 January 2024. Due to IELTS strict results processing, verification and quality control procedures your IELTS results from 16 December may be delayed and may not be issued on the 13th day post-test. This is in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the IELTS Notice to Candidates.

IELTS results from 16 December test session that are subject to a delay will be issued no later than 5 January 2024.

Enquiry on results and additional Test Report Forms to institutions and universities will be treated upon our return.

British Council France and IELTS Test Partners will not be able to accept or process complaints, transfers or refunds in relation to any delay in IELTS results processing and results release dates for this session.
