We would once again like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the students who participated in the British Council France Art Competition. This year, we were thrilled to receive over 115 entries — each one showcasing the remarkable talent, creativity, and artistic flair of our young learners. The standard was so high that our judges faced an incredibly tough decision, and as a result, we expanded the number of winners from 12 to 16!
The theme for this year invited students to create artwork inspired by their favourite artist.
We were delighted to see pieces influenced by a wide range of iconic figures, including David Hockney, Pierre Bonnard, Vincent Van Gogh, and Andy Warhol, among many others. The variety of styles and interpretations was truly inspiring.
We are now excited to announce the winners across the five age categories. Each winner will receive fantastic prizes — including free English lessons, certificates, and a special edition of their artwork printed as a postcard.
