This interactive session, designed for alumni of UK universities, will explore how to strengthen your approach to leading business transformations. You’ll learn how to apply the business transformation cycle effectively across diverse contexts and types of change. The session will be led by Professor Julie Hodges from Durham University Business School (UK), with Zuhair Imran, a Durham alumnus, sharing a real-world case study on viewing change as an opportunity rather than a threat.
