Our “Talks in English” series is organised through our English language Centre and is open and free to our adult students and the public, depending on the seats available. We offer monthly talks on a wide range of topics, given by our teachers and external speakers. See programme below, but to note, it gets updated regularly.
All talks start at 19h
- Thursday 26 September: Simon Handy: The BBC during WW2
- Thursday 17 October: Jon Henley: The Guardian: Fake News!
- Thursday 21 November: British writer Stephen Clarke
- Friday 17 January: Chrick Remick: Elvis: Then man, his music and the influence on French and British culture
- Friday 21 March: Simon Handy: Humour and morale during WW2
Refreshments are served after the talks so as to facilitate conversation.
