How to re-enrol my child for the school year 2025-26

Please note that your parent/child ID has changed, as well as the link to the Student Portal. Your new ID (with 10 digits) will be sent by email at the beginning of April. 

To enrol your child you must: :

• Complete and sign the Contrat d'Inscription 2025/26 (online or printable version and return it scanned by email).

Payment methods :

• Online via the Student Portal (payment in one or two times - discount for partner school/sibling not available on the platform). Use your new ID number (with 10 digits), sent by email on 3 April. 
• In person : at our centre Paris-Invalides for payment in instalments or if includes a specific discount. 
• By telephone : 01 49 55 73 00 (Mon - Fri. 10h-18h) for payment by credit card.
• By post : by cheque to : British Council (with student number on the back), to : British Council, 9 rue de Constantine, 75007 Paris.

Important

Enrolment only valid upon signature of contract and payment in full, or payment in instalments set up. 

No enrolment is possible if fees outstanding from previous year.

Fees 2025/26

• 2 h/ a week (60 hours a year): 1 695 € TTC* 
• 3 h/ a week (90 hours a year): 2 370 € TTC* 

*A 100€ supplement is applicable for Saturday mornings (peak period), this applies to some centres only. 

Reductions and discounts available before the start of the course (non-cumulative) 

• Loyalty discount : 80€ for children having followed courses in 2024/25.
• Sibling discount : 80€ from the second child and any subsequent child
• Partner school discount : children enrolled in one of our partner schools benefit from a specific discount. (Please provide certificate of attendance or proof of enrolment for 2025/26). 

NB: discounts cannot be applied post-enrolment.

Accepted methods of payment

We accept payment by credit card, cheque, cash or direct debit.

Payment online via our Student Portal 

• credit card via our Student Portal.

Payment in person:  (9 rue de Constantine, Paris 7e)

• Credit card 
• Cash (up to 1000€ please bring exact amount) 
• Cheque(s) made out to British Council (one, two or eight cheques to be left at moment of enrolment) 
• Direct debit from your bank via a SEPA contract (instalments possible over 8 months). Don't forget your RIB.

Payment by post:

• By cheque made out to British Council (attach the signed enrolment form and indicate the name and ID number of child on the back.)
• Send your payment to: British Council, Service Clients, 9 rue de Constantine, 75007 Paris

• From "CP" (From "moyenne section" in Bilingual section) a level test is necessary before enrolment 
• Brothers and sisters in "maternelle" can be enrolled at the moment of re-registration for existing child, by mail. (please complete  Contrat d'Inscription for each child ) or at Customer Services. 

Please note: each sibling benefits from the following discount :

• 2nd child - discount: 80 euros
• 3rd child  - discount: 80 euros
