This course is usually delivered face-to-face in our Invalides teaching centre along with the inclusion of thorough health and safety measures. We will however be moving classes online during the lockdown period. Registration remains open. 

 

Our English literature class is designed for proficient English speakers with an interest in literature, who want to continue developing their speaking and writing skills. If you enjoy reading novels, plays, short stories and poems, and you are a level C1 or C2, then this course is for you.

Take a literature class with the world's English experts and you will: 

  • benefit from a qualified and experienced teacher
  • discuss and debate your work as a whole class and in pairs and groups
  • improve the accuracy, fluency and range of your spoken English
  • enjoy developing your writing style in English
  • increase your familiarity with the literature and culture of English speaking countries
  • use a variety of classroom activities for materials (eg. articles, and film and TV clips as well as literature texts).
